I can't say enough great things about Renata! She was patient, thorough, flexible, and eager to help me find what I wanted and within my budget. Home buying is a very big commitmentand requires a lot of thought and decision making and Renata basically held my hand thru the entire process. She listened to my needs and wants. It got to a point that we could walk into a house she would know if it wasn't the one or if there was potential. Mindy and Dana was great to work with. They came in and staged my house in order to sell it quickly. I needed to sell my house and buy a new house within 30 days and they got the job done. There were a lot of issues that came up during the sale of my house as well as the new purchase, but they were right on top of it and made the deal happen. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of selling or buying a house.
