Mindy and her sister are an amazing realty team. They came in and took over setting up my house for the photos, they tracked down the best prices for repairs that needed to be made, and in general made selling my house as easy as possible. They really did jump in and help me do whatever needed to be done, instead of just telling me I needed to do something. Before now, I had never used a real estate agent for selling that I would use again. But, I will definitely call on Mindy again when I am ready to sell another house.

Mindy and Dana was great to work with. They came in and staged my house in order to sell it quickly. I needed to sell my house and buy a new house within 30 days and they got the job done. There were a lot of issues that came up during the sale of my house as well as the new purchase, but they were right on top of it and made the deal happen. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of selling or buying a house.

I've worked with Mindy for the last six years as my realtor, buying, selling and renting my properties and she has done a fantastic job in all cases. She is patient, assertive and absolutely reliable. I would not use anyone else as my realtor.
