My Wife and I just bought our first home and were lucky enough to be recommended Erica as our realtor. We can't recommend her enough! When we first contacted Erica, we had already found a house that we were excited about and ready to make an offer on. For a solid month, Erica fought for us on a daily basis trying to get the seller to do what they agreed to do.
