We had no HOA, a bunch of trees, terrible carpet, outdated paint and laminate counters. Kelly took that house, made the right recommendations and deals to get it sellable, and sold it faster than we thought possible. She kept us in the loop every step up the way. She made sure all the paperwork was correct and guided us through the entire closing process. Kelly is the best. She made a difficult process seem easy.

Paul is a fabulous realtor. He knows the market very well. This helped a lot when I am new to Atlanta. Paul is very patient for my long list of questions. Every time we meet to view properties he is always well prepared. He is very communicative and easy to reach - ever after the closing for advise regarding the house. Definitely recommend Paul.

He is extremely knowledgeable, he has incredible insight to the market and your needs, he listens to his clients (how many Realtors actually listen?) and he somehow weaves your wants and needs through his vast experience and EXCEEDS your expectations! Mix all of that with a good dose of humor and he makes buying and selling homes a terrific experience!! He will go above and beyond on every appointment and he isn’t concerned about “making a sale”, his concerns are his clients and finding the right opportunity for them. I HIGHLY recommend him!
