Riley was a fantastic realtor to work with. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot to learn, and Riley was willing to work with and educate me along the way. She answered every question I had, and if she didn't have an immediate answer, she would go find the answer and get back to me. She would constantly check in with me along the way, always making sure that I understood the process and that I was comfortable with proceeding. She was on top of all deadlines. Most importantly, she was very friendly throughout the process. I really enjoyed working with Riley, and I would both work with her again and recommend her to others.

Riley is an amazing realtor who makes magic happen while literally staying open to your opinions through the process. We were close to closing and I had serious concerns and wanted to back out... she did not hesitate to assist in the process and that weekend we were back out looking at new places. I closed on a new place within a week of the original closing. If you are looking for a house, she’s your girl. Not only did she keep me sane, the process was fun!

We feel fortunate to have found Lyn. She was everything we could ask for in an agent. For one, Lyn works with an established network of buyers and provided all with excellent photo/ video representation of our home. She personally attended each and every showing so as to communicate the details that would otherwise be overlooked. She was available at every turn to answer our many questions. She not only arranged for help packing our belongings but then even come to physically help us transport our boxes to a nearby shipper. That is extraordinary. Lyn is not your average real estate agent. She is exceptional, dedicated. More important, she is a fine person. We highly recommend her.

We hired Lyn sight unseen to find us our second home in Banner elk, North Carolina. We live in south Florida and really just hired her based on her quick response to an inquiry we made on a few listings in that area. We went with our “gut” and to say the least we were not disappointed. Not only has she proven to be hardworking, reliable, and very professional, she found us the perfect townhouse for our family, negotiated an excellent price and closed the deal all while we were back in South Florida. She on many occasions has gone far above and beyond the call of the typical agent. Because we were not in town she handled practically everything for us and continued to do so after the deal Had closed. She has literally been there with contractors to fix things, picked up routers and modems so we can have internet when we arrive, fixed a broken bed by herself, and on and on. Needless to say we will use Lyn again and again in the future and will highly recommend her to all of our friends looking to buy in that area! She is truly a rare find. We could not be happier!!!
