I was initially working with another mortgage lender and the real estate agent that was referred to me by that mortgage lender to purchase my new home. Long story short, things didn't work out!! Since this home was at the very top of my family's wish list, I took a gamble and reached out to the listing agent (Lyn) myself. Ironically, not only did I end up working with a new mortgage lender that was referred to me by the "original" real estate agent, but I also ended up with Lyn as my real estate agent on the purchase! Even though Lyn acted as both the buyer agent and seller agent on the transaction, I felt that she acted very professionally, was very helpful, and provided a sensitivity towards both sides. I feel that everyone walked away from the deal with what they had hoped to accomplish. I would highly recommend Lyn, as a buyer representative, seller representative, or both - and if necessary, I will happily utilize her services again myself if the need arises.

Lynn puts her clients first. She is absolutely knowledgeable and she listens to her clients likes and dislikes. She works great with the client lender in order to meet the needs of her client. Thor helped us buy our house and we could not have picked a better agent. The housing market was extremely challenging with a low supply but Thor found the perfect house for us. Thor pointed out details in the house I would not have thought to consider when buying, guest parking, main roads, etc. We were lucky to have Thor because we were first time home buyers and he made the process easy for us. He took care of all the paperwork and always had our best interest as his first priority. We will only use Thor for our real estate needs going forward.

My list of requirements to find me the prefect home is a bit extensive. Big Yard, Private but not very remote location, great curb appeal, deck, fenced in yard and more.
