Bill is amazing!! We were relocating to Ga from 800 miles away. We contacted a few realtor and they just didn't understand our need and wants. Bill called us and had my husband and I both tell him our wants and needs. He Listened to us, and knocked the ball out of the park with the first house he sent us. We flew in for 1 day. Bill took the whole day and showed us houses. When we came up short, he made calls to get us into a few other houses. He literally called us everyday to see how the progress was coming with our current house and give us updates and any news on new houses. He did everything thing in his power to get us our perfect house! He did!!! I would recommend Bill over and over again!!! Thanks Bill!!!

Vanessa is really top notch. She's extremely professional and personable at the same time. She works hard to make sure you see the listings as soon as possible, which is very important in a competitive market. Vanessa is stern and factual at all the right times, and she is absolutely on her client's side - if you want someone who will fight for you, she's the one you want. She is extremely responsive and checks in to make sure you're on top of things, but she also gives you the time and space to need to make the right decision. I could go on and on and on about how great/professional/smart/attentive she is, but you really have to see for yourself. I would absolutely recommend Vanessa as a realtor.

Lyn is a very patient and knowledgeable agent. We spent quite a bit of time looking for our perfect home, and she encouraged us to not settle and instead to keep looking for what we wanted. Lyn has lived in the area for a very long time, and she knows so much about the history and culture of the region! In addition, Lyn was very honest about what we should expect whenever we visited a new home, she clearly was not trying to push homes onto us and instead made sure to point out potential issues that we could encounter (from commuting, to terrain, to structural issues).
