Vanessa is really top notch. She's extremely professional and personable at the same time. She works hard to make sure you see the listings as soon as possible, which is very important in a competitive market. Vanessa is stern and factual at all the right times, and she is absolutely on her client's side - if you want someone who will fight for you, she's the one you want. She is extremely responsive and checks in to make sure you're on top of things, but she also gives you the time and space to need to make the right decision.
