Joni was extremely knowledgeable and kept clear communication with me the entire time! During the prep process, Joni helped me find people to fix my roof and replace the carpet. She helped orchestrate so much to help sell my house beyond the fabulous job she did with the open house. Joni is so sweet and lovely, but once we had offers on the table she really went to bat for me to get the best deal!! Accepting an offer over asking was such a great ending to the entire process. We celebrated together after closing was done because it really was a team effort! I highly recommend anyone looking for an agent to help them in the selling process.

Lyn was wonderful during this whole experience. Very knowledgeable about the area the house is in and the city of Boone as a whole. When we had our first meeting just to go over the house, Lyn was so prepared. The house we sold was built in 1971. It had good bones and a lot of good qualities but had not been updated at all. Lyn was very positive, knowledgeable and honest from day one. She shared all feedback from each showing and was still so positive about the house. My brothers and were selling the house and one brother lives in Tennessee. Lyn made special trips to get his signature when needed. Lyn bent over backwards for us. Lyn was very busy with other showings and sells, and she never made us feel that she had other clients. We were number one every time and I know she was busy. I would highly recommend Lyn to anyone that needed a realtor.

Lyn spent the day with us showing us many different homes in Beech Mountain. We left completely undecided at the end of the day. The next day another listing showed up and she was happy to show us that one as well. We decided to make an offer and were luck enough to get the house.
