This is not our first rodeo with Lyn Hunter as she sold us our townhouse in Banner Elk ,NC almost 5 years ago and just listed and sold it for us this past week for top dollar! To say she goes above and beyond for her clients is truly an understatement ! As a first time home buyer there’s no way to avoid all the emotions ups and downs but with the right realtor that truly loves there professional and has the patience for the work and invests completely into there craft the result is inevitable Joanne was truly the best these words honestly don’t do it justice all I can say is we need more people like this, she went above and beyond in all ways from searching dealing with attorneys and even answering the phone and doing showings on her birthday and always kept such a calm caring personality !!
