Eric was very helpful, knowledgeable in every area of the house buying process, a joy to work with, made it stress free. Being first time homebuyers Eric made it a wonderful experience. We decided on a home after seeing 3 different homes, but we could of looked at more just because we looked forward to seeing Eric and going through the homes with him. Eric is an outstanding realtor and great guy!!
