Charlotte did an outstanding job marketing and selling my home at 77 Parks Place, Sharpsburg, GA. I had already relocated out of state, so she took care of EVERYTHING for me locally in my absence, from meeting inspectors, to obtaining my termite letter, to communicating with the neighborhood HOA on my behalf. She came over and let me in when I accidentally locked myself out during move out, and even rolled the garbage can to the street at one point when I was not there to do it! She was spot on in setting the sale price, which was higher than what I would have imagined going in, so my bottom line walking away was about $30K more than I originally anticipated when I first made the decision to sell. She made everything so easy and stress-free. I am so grateful for how everything turned out. I would 100% have her represent me again for any future real estate needs.
