From the first initial conversation when I let Viola know that I wanted to purchase my very first home, all the way up to the actual closing, Viola went above and beyond her usual realtor call of duty to help me make my dreams come true! She exceeded my expectations in more ways than one, from conducting our first walk-through via Facetime because of my work schedule, to interceding on my behalf to practically chase the seller down to make sure that they complied with any changes or renegotiations that may have come up because of the results of either the inspection or the appraisal! I had already started looking for houses, and when I sent the details of this particular home (that I fell in love with at first sight) to Viola, she immediately reached out to the seller's representative and scheduled the walk-through. I don’t have the space here to really express my gratitude to Pheloundashea. From day one her professionalism was over the top. She asked what was desired as far as the proceeds from the sale of the home. And also the time frame in which to be at the closing table. She fulfilled everything that was asked of her. The property was put on the market, had scheduled showings, and sold all within a month’s time.
