Having Amber Davis as our agent was a blessing. We were living in Florida and looking to buy a home in Georgia but couldn't come to look at any so my sister, who lives in Georgia, got with Amber periodically and saw different homes. She was always available to meet with my sister anytime and always kept me up to date on the different homes that were available and if I saw some homes for sale I would text her and ask her and she would right away go check them out. Many times she would tell me what kind of condition the homes were in and whether or not to pursue them. When she found the house that we ended up buying she was very excited because the house had been totally redone it was basically a brand new house and my sister went and looked at it and I could only go by pictures and a couple of phone videos. Amber is always there for her clients. She knew what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend and she kept that in mind. I bought this house without ever seeing it. I went by what she and my sister said and saw and it had been a wonderful experience. My husband is ill so I needed a house that needed little work and I ended up with almost a new house. Amber was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Amber Davis to anyone looking to buy a home.

When I first met Amber I forgot she had reached out to me for a cleaning job , and a few months later she reached out to me after seeing a post about needing something to rent. Before Amber we were told by 3 other realtors & lenders that we basically had no chance. It took Amber 24 hours to put us in touch with a lender / and have a list of houses for us to search through. After the first 24 hours it was a breeze ! Of course we were under stress because of our situation but Amber stayed so positive , and so heartfelt through the whole process , made all of our worries seem smaller ! After we got pre approved from the lender we started looking at houses. We didn’t feel pressured into making a decision right away, she allowed me and my husband to walk and look at our own pace without hovering over our shoulders ! It matters who you work with , and working with someone who cares and treats you like family from day 1 is the best feeling ever ! And absolutely rooting and praying for you when everyone else was against us was even more amazing ! I would recommend Amber to ANYONE !

Kenia was hired to sell our home and to my delight she was the most professional, knowledgeable and communicative agent I have ever had the pleasure to work with.
