She knew everything about the areas we were searching in and made sure we knew the good, the bad, and the ugly about each place so we could make the best choice for us. Abby knew the ins and outs of negotiation, contracts, mortgages, etc. She always made herself available for questions. We loved working with Kenia to purchase our first home! She worked tirelessly to show us a variety of options in our price range and is super knowledgeable about our desired area (Suwannee, Buford, Lawrenceville). School zones were a large part of our decision and as a mom of 3 she is very familiar with the local school systems. After finding the perfect house during our final walkthrough we learned that the sellers had not left the house in the promised state. I recently sold a rental property, and Corey was amazing! She gave great advice on how to prepare the property for listing, listing price, and even when to list! My husband and I decided to sell our house this year after purchasing a property to be our forever home. Not only were we swamped with the task of selling our current and carrying two mortgages but we were considering selling by owner and did not know all of the ends and outs of this process. I decided to reach out to several people in the community on a site seeking advice and that is how I first met Kenia. Her advice was honest, she was genuine and not pushing me or telling me what to do. She wasn’t trying to sway me to not do it, just offering her thoughts and she offering to help answer any other questions I had in the future. Out of all the responses I got I felt her advice was the most seasoned, and honest so I did continue to ask questions. Finally when we were closer to selling I called her and we chatted like old friends for an hour or so and she did come over to see our house and give us some advice on selling. We decided to have her sell our house for us knowing it was a very competitive market but nonetheless we had another property and would do best being completely moved out in order to ensure an easier transition, have easier showings, etc. Kenia offered advice and we did a lot of the things she suggested to sell by the date we wanted to list by. Our home looked so beautiful and she was with us every step of the way. We got a great offer the first weekend our house was on the market and we even closed early on the house.
