Tammi Sullenberger

We recently purchased a home with Tammi as our agent. We were out of state so we weren’t able to come tour homes for awhile, but thankfully Tammi made it easy to review available homes . She was constantly sending me good possibilities. When we were finally able to travel to Ga we found her to be cheerful, helpful and very accommodating . Due to her diligence we were able to find just the right home in a couple days when we arrived in Ga. We would highly recommend her as she always has the best interest of her clients in mind.

Very responsive and extremely helpful

We have used Tammi 4 times over the years. We wish we could clone her in Kansas. She listens and works to find you your home and or sell your home. She's not just an order taker but a true partner.

Tammi was a pleasure to work with on both the purchase and sale of our home. With seller anxiety running high in this unusual housing market, Tammi kept us informed with realistic market expectations and tactics to navigate the inherent challenges that these types of market conditions can present. Even when we were losing hope with each passing day because of what we were seeing in the news, Tammi stayed professional and positive and ultimately got us the offer we had hoped for. She provided excellent and timely communications which gave us great peace of mind throughout the entire process. Tammi is a great agent to work with and I will definitely call on her again in the future for any real estate needs I may have. Thank you Tammi!!

Tammi was very helpful in guiding me through the process of buying my first home.

Tammi is a class act. She put my mind at ease about selling my house and was always available when I had questions. Her knowledge about real estate is exceptional and her commitment to her client is unmatched. Her hard work and attention to detail sets her apart from all other agents. I highly recommend Tammi for all your real estate needs.
