I love how much Mildred knows the Yuma area. She knows so many people because she has made good connections with them between buying and selling property for all of her clients. Anytime I had any questions. Mildred responded in a very timely manner. She was also very knowledgeable in other aspects. She knew who to contact for homeowners insurance. She knew who to contact for turning on the electricity she knew who to contact about the HOA fees. I would definitely advise anyone to see her out whether buying or selling a home.

We enjoyed are experience with Susan. The first house we bid on the owners backed out 4 days before closing. I was very upset. But Susan was just as upset as we were. So, Susan was right there for us. We finally purchased a beautiful forever home. And Susan went out of way to help find it for us. Every time we had a question on anything she was right on top of it.
