Susan was absolutely amazing. She had homes ready to show when we flew into AZ from MN. Even the homes we thought we would like , turned out susan had a much better judgment. She knew what we we're looking for. Communication was fantastic. Knowledge of yuma was out of this world. Susan totally took the stress off our shoulders. Her professionalism was fabulous. I couldn't recommend her enough for your buying or selling of a home. Their is no disappointment here. If anyone has any doubts I'll certainly testify for her and her staff. We came to Yuma area several winters in a row looking for what neighborhood we would like to live. Many open houses had Shelly Barron there running the open house so we got to know her as an ambitious and knowledgeable agent. Once we decided that we wanted to actually buy a home, she was the only person we called. She helped us through the entire process from beginning to end! She is an excellent real estate agent!!
