5 stars doesn’t do this team (specifically Susan Coons) justice! We randomly wanted to go look at a house down the road and ended up with Ms. Susan Coons as our realtor. She goes above and beyond what is required for her job and does it all professionally but with a personable touch. We couldn’t be happier with the homes she sent us which eventually led to a purchase. She listened to what we wanted and gave us numerous options. She isn’t afraid to give her opinion and is always in search of the best deal for the customer. We’re so lucky to have had her as our realtor and would be glad to work with her again.

Karen is an absolute gem of a RE Agent. I purchased a home while living overseas and developed complete trust in her judgement. She will listen to your wants/needs/desires, make suggestions that are in YOUR best interest, and genuinely cares about getting it right for you. I found her on the Bigger Pockets RE Agent finder and she was the first agent to respond—and respond quickly! Here are a few reasons why I highly recommend Karen as your Agent: 1) Amazing active listener. No agenda except getting it right for you. 2) Been in the business for a while and knows the market. She was able to find the house I purchased in less than 24 hours. May not always be the case based on market circumstances, but was refreshing to see her provide the house that was exactly what we needed in that time frame. 3) Will continually go out of her way to serve you. I moved from overseas and was +14 time zone difference. She was always available for me and was happy to help or answer questions. She even went as far as feeding animals on the property after closing day. She was happy to help find contract support and is a wealth of resources for those that are new to the area. Again, I had (and still have) complete trust in her. 4) Wonderful human. It does not matter if you are a seasoned investor or a first time homebuyer, she’s just a great person to work with. She knows the business and will adjust her style based on the buyer’s level of knowledge and experience. I knew that she was on my side the entire home-buying process. I’m grateful for Karen and could not imagine the experience without her care and support. Any future purchase in Yuma is going to start with her. You won’t regret it!

My realtor from San Diego introduced me to Ryan who also worked for Keller Williams in AZ. Ryan was so patient with me because I was not familiar with selling one home and buying another in a different State. He would send me properties to look at so I could have an idea of what was available. The day came, I drove to Yuma with all the properties I wanted to look at. He showed me the right homes because I was able to make a decision that day and start the Escrow process. Ryan is the realtor you need in making decisions to either buy or sell a home.
