Karen was somehow able to sell our property during the off season in six days. We have sold many properties and dealt with many realtors but Karen was head and shoulders above our previous experiences. Knowledgeable, experienced, and keeps her clients informed yet doesn’t pester you with unnecessary constant contact sales pitches that are so common these days. Hire her. You will not regret it.

Susan has made a somewhat unpleasant situation for me, to a very happy one, thank you all from the bottom of my heart. If I or anyone in my family needs a home , in the future, there will only be one phone call made. Thanks again.

Mildred understood my situation and had been through something very similar. Her knowledge of contractors and the neighborhood was amazing. She made me feel comfortable.

We purchased our home from a distance online. It was very important to have an agent we could trust. Mildred was very good at portraying each property in present condition. She made us feel like we had an expert set of eyes on every walk through. I would recommend her without question. Her knowledge and professionalism is truly a cut above.

If I could give Susan Coons a million stars I would for sure. She has gone above and beyond for us. Our Agent in Oregon hasn’t done anything even close to what she has done.

Shelly Roper and Patti Bourelle made a great team! They sold our land in Yuma, AZ, in record time, they kept us informed about market trends, and when we made a minor adjustment to the price, a cash offer came along. We closed the deal today! We highly recommend them to anyone selling real estate in the area. They know their market and it shows. They deserve a 5 star rating! Carlene & Andy Joseph, Wenatchee, WA
