Ryan was my realtor for purchasing my first home as well as selling and through both processes, he was great, honest, and only had our best interest in mind when it came to decision making. I recommend using Ryan as your realtor if you want a caring and highly dedicated realtor!

Susan Coons is amazing! She listened to our wishes and needs regarding the purchase of a new home. The properties we toured were exactly what we had asked for. Susan was timely and efficient with every aspect of our purchase. Every question or concern we had was addressed promptly, her communication was awesome. We had more than one special request and she went out of her way to make things happen. She knows the Yuma community which simplified our search. We are very pleased with our entire experience. We highly recommend Susan and look forward to sharing our experience with our friends and family.

We bought a property in a 55+ community and chose the lowest priced property. Yet we received the quality of service I expect from an exclusive high-end real estate company. Mildred was professional, proactive and so knowledgeable. I would only consider doing real estate transactions in this area with Mildred.

Mildred was very knowledgeable and professional. Her communication was beyond what I expected. I highly recommend her. I would definitely use her services again.

Mildred handled our property needs from the very beginning of our query. Lots of pictures and structure information led to an easy purchase. Would easily recommend Milred for other property transactions.

Karen was beyond excellent. This was the second property she handled for us. Very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs as well as the needs of the property. We are forever grateful, Karen. Thanks again!

I highly recommend Mildred. She is professional and effective. She did a good job pricing my home and gave good advice along the way. I worked with many realtors while owning a custom home building business, and she is one of the best.

5 stars doesn’t do this team (specifically Susan Coons) justice! We randomly wanted to go look at a house down the road and ended up with Ms. Susan Coons as our realtor. She goes above and beyond what is required for her job and does it all professionally but with a personable touch. We couldn’t be happier with the homes she sent us which eventually led to a purchase. She listened to what we wanted and gave us numerous options. She isn’t afraid to give her opinion and is always in search of the best deal for the customer. We’re so lucky to have had her as our realtor and would be glad to work with her again.
