This is our second and third experience with Mildred. She helped a friend buy a park model in Country Roads. Our friend was so well taken care of by Mildred! She now considers Mildred a friend. We also purchased a lot with the park model with Mildred's help. The process was so easy!! We now have our other lot for sale through Mildred. We trust her and her advice implicitly and love working with her.

Mildred has gone above and beyond the call of duty. She has been so helpful and kept us informed every step of the way. She has been patient with us when we didn't know what we were supposed to do and she has been so gracious throughout the process. We truly couldn't have done this without her. I can't say enough good about her. She is a true gem.

Mildred DeJesus as our realtor, buyers agent and professional confidant provided us guidance and a source of critical data as we processed through our buying journey. We defined our specific needs, wants and objectives with Mildred early on and as the professional she is she searched and presented listings to us that defined our criteria perfectly. She was a critical component of contractual negotiations where needed and defined a true agent of accountability for us as buyers and holding sellers and sellers agents to task. Overall Mildred is an outstanding agent and long term friend. I consider her to be a key ingredient of our community as a leader for real estate needs.

Mildred was very professional in all of our dealings. She worked well with both a potential buyer we brought to her, as well as one that she obtained from advertising. We would highly recommend her for any of your buying or selling needs. We were able to sell our property for the desired amount in a short period of time.

Mildred was delightful to work with. This was our first manufactured home purchase and Mildred was extremely patient, answering all of our questions. She has a full list of recommended contractors for us to choose from to obtain quotes on projects for our property. We discussed the Purchase & Sale and addendums to be sure all was correct. Mildred is both knowledgeable and personable. She Listened to our wants and needs in a home and found us exactly what we wanted. If anyone is looking for a realtor, I will highly recommend Mildred.
