During the transaction she was on-site to oversee the inspection and appraisal. Because of her experience and knowledge she was able to negotiate a much lower purchase price and save me monies to use for renovations that were needed. Deana started out on a house that we wanted so bad, we met her when we looked at an open house after discovering the seller put a number on it that was too high for us, during the open house she had, i told her our story after decking to put an offer on the one she was working at that day, she talk to us about not want us to put an offer on something we considered a “may as well offer” she took the address of the one we wanted & started contacting all info on it.. she had began a work detail without even asking us to sign anything, I knew then she was not in this business just for pay, this was definitely her passion.. we thought we had just met someone trying to sell houses but we had actually met a person that wanted us to have a home, not just a house. She fought like a fearless fighter only to let us know she did not feel safe about the home we wanted but we kept on until even a inspector told us “this is a fire hazard” I thank GOD she was looking out for us .. meanwhile she found us a beautiful home that we are as happy in & really feel “at home” .. she has been my emotional therapist, a friend & for a long time I thought we were her only clients because I couldn’t imagine one person could put as much time & energy into one family but ai was very wrong, I’m so blessed to have had a person that answered all calls & text as if she was receiving those from family instead of clients. I didn’t even want to put our house on the market because I didn’t want to be ready to run every time a showing was needed, she listed our home at a number she felt comfortable with as she also taught us how & why .. listed on Friday, 15k more than listed offer within 24 hrs when we didnt think we would even come close to the listed price. She respected our decision to except & respected our decision to stop all showing appts right then. There is so much more I could say but long story short, my whole mind set of a realtor has changed for the BEST!!!
