Christina was AMAZING. I cannot begin to list everything she did for me. I needed to sell my 1950s home near Lake Parker. It needed a TON of work. Christina was there every step of the way. SHE HAD THE MOST AMAZING NETWORK OF CONTRACTORS! She was great at everything, but I couldn't have prepped the home for sale (and there was a ton of prep needed) without her advice & contacts. I don't live in the area any more. I would give anything to find the kinds of contractors that Christina recommended! No matter what kind of property you need to sell or buy.....do yourself a favor & call Christina. She will streamline the process & help you get top dollar !!!!!!!!

Maggie, helped me market my rental property in Lakeland and even though we never met and it was all done online and through the phone. I never the less found her to be responsive and on top of following up on all things to make the sale happen. Once she found buyers she proceeded to get the properties closed. There were a few snags but she got them handled and we closed within a week of when she said we would. I liked that she accepted my text and calls even in the evening. She was quick to answer my questions and make sure I was comfortable with the process. I have sold lots of real estate over my 70 years but I will tell you she was the best agent I have ever worked with. I recommend her highly.
