Darcy is a Lakeland native and it shows. She was the “professional key” that assisted our family’s relocation and “unlocked the door” to our new off market home. We are forever grateful for her professionalism and knowledge of the ins and outs of Lakeland.

Mrs. Heim was the "BEST" real estate agent I have ever worked with and I can say this with no reservations. She helped us buy a property recently and she did an outstanding job! Mrs. Heim is very knowledgeable about the area, housing prices, and the real estate business as well. I have never had a real estate agent work so hard for me and I am very happy that we selected Mrs. Heim to represent us. I would highly recommend Mrs. Heim to anyone thinking about buying or selling a home.

I was out of state during my search and Kelly did the best at ensuring I had video tours of houses and understood the steps of the process. Kelly was always very responsive and she went beyond in showing my local relatives my home for me. I had a great low stress buying experience.

Kelly’s expertise in selling our home was a very positive experience. From her willingness to travel out of county to ensure the sale, to pricing, to planning ahead for what’s expected, to the photos, Kelly proved her skills again and again. She is reliable, trustworthy, and superb in every way!

Kelly was excellent. We could not have asked for a more helpful realtor . My wife and live in California. Kelly organized about a dozen homes for us to look at over our two day trip to look at . Once we purchased our home that’s where she really impressed us , she was able to go to the walk through and FaceTime us so we could avoid a flight out . She put us I. Touch with a garage door installer , insurance company and all other necessary services . It was a big help being that we live on the other country . I would recommend Kelly to anyone looking for a realtor in the Lakeland area to use Kelly . We will 100% be a client for life of hers .

We were very grateful for Tim's attentiveness, expertise, conscientiousness, and truthfulness. He was a huge part of our searching and buying process from the very beginning to the end and beyond. Ours was a big move from out of state and the process took several months. We felt confident with Tim on our side through it all. He is a true gentleman and asset.
