Christina just recently listed and sold our family home. During the process she was honest about the market, the value of our home, and helped to blend the two together to get us our asking price. Her knowledge of the real estate industry is top-notch and she knows what needs done to get her client's homes marketable and sold. She is very detail oriented and within her first visit to our home she knew what needed to be done to have us at the top of everyone's lists. Her team and fellow businesses she works with during the process are just as professional as her. An example to this is she had a vision for a room in our home that she suggested we add French doors to the entrance. She paired us with honest, hard-working contractors that had strong attention to detail. When the job was complete she made her vision come full circle by sending over a local staging company to wrap everything up with a bow. Our home looked amazing. When you see her listings go live, you know they are hers by the high-quality photos that accompany the listings and sometimes videos. Nothing she does is half-complete, she does everything 100% and more. Her work ethics and respect for the families she helps is what makes her stand out among the industry. Moving in general is a hassle; moving across multiple states is even more stressful. Admittedly, the whole process would have been a mess—that is, if we didn't have Darcy. We met Darcy Deeds when she was a listing agent and we were just browsing for houses, and chatted for months about what we were looking for until we were ready to commit to the move and start making offers. Not only was Darcy extremely reliable, she was always working on our behalf to get (virtual!) showings scheduled and manage the little details of the homebuying process that make a big difference. The real estate market is crazy—and Lakeland is no exception—but Darcy helped us quickly and expertly put competitive offers in on houses. It turned out the third time was the charm (she guided us the whole way!) and we are now moving into a house we love in South Lakeland. Not only did she help us negotiate after inspection, but she was able to recommend and set up painting and cleaning for us while we drove from Texas and has been available with expert recommendations the entire process. We couldn't have done this without Darcy, and frankly, we wouldn't have wanted anyone else.

Jeanna has been and will continue to be our real estate agent. She helped us find our current home, and she worked diligently with us from the time we started looking for a home through the closing. My wife and I could not have been happier with her professionalism and help throughout the entire process. She was also our sales agent for two other properties, and we had contracts on both within a few days. Amazing work! I could not ask for a better real estate agent. I highly recommend her!

Mindy is a gem! She walked me through the process as a first time home buyer and made everything so easy. Chad was awesome!!! We live in another state. He just handled everything that needed to be done. He was great about keeping us up to date with the showings and the feedback. There were a few handy man chores that needed to be completed and he had someone come in and take care of that. He had a local young man come and trim my palms and bushes to insure the landscaping showed well in photos. We had an offer in the first few hours after going live and received multiple offers. We were able to close within 6 weeks of going live. If you need to sell, Chad and his contacts will get it done for you. He could not have made it any simpler. I could not have been more pleased. Wish we had met him before we decided to sell. He’s a great guy to know and very active in the community.
