Moving in general is a hassle; moving across multiple states is even more stressful. Admittedly, the whole process would have been a mess—that is, if we didn't have Darcy. We met Darcy Deeds when she was a listing agent and we were just browsing for houses, and chatted for months about what we were looking for until we were ready to commit to the move and start making offers. Not only was Darcy extremely reliable, she was always working on our behalf to get (virtual!) showings scheduled and manage the little details of the homebuying process that make a big difference. It turned out the third time was the charm (she guided us the whole way!) and we are now moving into a house we love in South Lakeland. Not only did she help us negotiate after inspection, but she was able to recommend and set up painting and cleaning for us while we drove from Texas and has been available with expert recommendations the entire process. We couldn't have done this without Darcy, and frankly, we wouldn't have wanted anyone else.
