Maggie has been our realtor for multiple home purchases now and not only is she excellent at what she does, she goes above and beyond for her clients. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really cares about hers clients as well as the community and neighborhood she lives in. Her knowledge of the market, professionalism and her sweet spirit are just a few reasons why we highly recommend her if you are searching for a real estate agent.

As a first time home buyer, I couldn’t ask for a better agent. Maggie was quick to respond to any questions I had from start to finish and very knowledgeable of the steps I needed to take for the sellers to accept my offer on my home.

From the beginning to the end Danielle has been there. When we first laid eyes on what is now our new home, Danielle was consistently there representing our needs and concerns. Her unwavering quality to listen and get things done, is what we were looking for in a real estate agent. We love our new home and could not have bought it without Danielle's help. If you want it done right and get the house of your dreams, have Danielle on your side. We highly recommend her.

Working with Mrs. Olivera was extremely pleasant experience. She was able to Guide us through the whole process with honesty and professionalism. Even the minute details of how to showcase the house. Communication with her was easy, always available, and explaining every step of the process prior to making any decision. Extremely competent and knowledgeable about the real estate market. Without her we have not been able to sell the house above market price. This is an agent that I definitely will recommend and use in the future.

As a real estate investor, I was interested in finding a property located in Polk County. I asked several of my peers to recommend a local realtor to work with and Darcy's name came up several times. She worked for me for over a year to find the perfect property. The entire time she was over communicative and supportive of my requests. During the transaction she was on-site to oversee the inspection and appraisal. Because of her experience and knowledge she was able to negotiate a much lower purchase price and save me monies to use for renovations that were needed. I am thrilled with my new home and excited to have found a realtor as smart and savvy as Darcy. It makes all the difference when purchasing a property and I am looking forward to working with her again!

Deana started out on a house that we wanted so bad, we met her when we looked at an open house after discovering the seller put a number on it that was too high for us, during the open house she had, i told her our story after decking to put an offer on the one she was working at that day, she talk to us about not want us to put an offer on something we considered a “may as well offer” she took the address of the one we wanted & started contacting all info on it.. she had began a work detail without even asking us to sign anything, I knew then she was not in this business just for pay, this was definitely her passion.. we thought we had just met someone trying to sell houses but we had actually met a person that wanted us to have a home, not just a house. She fought like a fearless fighter only to let us know she did not feel safe about the home we wanted but we kept on until even a inspector told us “this is a fire hazard” I thank GOD she was looking out for us .. meanwhile she found us a beautiful home that we are as happy in & really feel “at home” .. she has been my emotional therapist, a friend & for a long time I thought we were her only clients because I couldn’t imagine one person could put as much time & energy into one family but ai was very wrong, I’m so blessed to have had a person that answered all calls & text as if she was receiving those from family instead of clients. I didn’t even want to put our house on the market because I didn’t want to be ready to run every time a showing was needed, she listed our home at a number she felt comfortable with as she also taught us how & why .. listed on Friday, 15k more than listed offer within 24 hrs when we didnt think we would even come close to the listed price. She respected our decision to except & respected our decision to stop all showing appts right then. There is so much more I could say but long story short, my whole mind set of a realtor has changed for the BEST!!!

Chad was first our neighbor, then our friend, then our realtor. We know him and trust him and knew he would work hard for us. He went out of his way to get the best photos of our house and was quick to get it on the MLS. He even posted it to 40 Facebook pages BEFORE it went on the MLS! Needless to say, our house sold in 36 hours for over ask. I highly recommend Chad for all your realtor needs. Our sale went smoothly and without a hitch. Thank you Chad Karr!
