I used Harold R. Baker to sell my home in Winter Haven and he was outstanding. I spoke with Harold and then met with him at my home. He spent a couple of hours answering my questions, providing objective data regarding how long listings typically stay on the market, and providing information on several comps in the area. I was concerned that my house may take a while to sell as there were several homes for sale in the neighborhood. Harold made the process incredibly easy. When I saw my listing I was extremely pleased. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - my listing looked amazing! Within the week my home was listed and we had three (3) showings and received two (2) offers. My house went under contract immediately. Harold (and Katie, who was also incredibly friendly and helpful) walked me through every step of the closing process and timely answered any questions I had.
