i was referred to Laurie Nock by the mother of a very satisfied client. Laurie was familiar with the area I lived and had just sold a house there a few months prior. She met me at my home and was very professionally dressed and with an open mind. First Laurie and I sat down and talked. I answered her questions truthfully. I felt very comfortable with her and put my faith in her. Then I showed Laurie my home and asked how much I wanted to sell it for which I felt wasn't high but a good price. Laurie told me she could sell it for more and I was very pleased. Because of Covid-19 there were certain restrictions I requested, and she made them happen even when I had to change the date of my move. Laurie Nock is a very personable, honest and established realtor. I would trust her with any negotiations I wanted to make.
