Stephanie is the very best & a true pro at her job. I’ve bought & sold numerous times in 3 different states & she’s hands-down the best I’ve worked with. Rick is fantastic. He took care of everything. He set up a photographer to come take pictures of our home. They looked amazing. 4 hours after listing hit we had a cash offer. The next 30 days were a breeze. Closing was as smooth as everything else. Rick took what could of been a stressful experience and made it very stress-free.
