David was very professional and attentive during our dream home search. He was excellent at communication and was always responsive. He listened to everything we were looking for in a home and took feedback of what we liked and what didn’t work for us during our search process so that we didn’t waste time looking at homes that he knew weren’t going to be a match for us. He took into account all of our specific requirements such as location, property size, HOA restrictions so that we could make improvements that we knew we wanted to do to make it our own and more. Yes, we were that type of client…but David never flinched. He took the feedback of our tours and tweaked the homes he presented to us making each showing time well spent. Homes were turning over so quickly during our search but David was well prepared to submit our offer right there on the spot. Once we found our perfect home, David was there every step of the way until we closed and beyond. He has reached out to us several times post-closing to check in, extend any help or recommendations we may need (including the great company we are using for our pool that is currently being installed), he has taken the time to stop by to see how we took an empty house and made it into “our home” and has included us in his client appreciation efforts.
