I had been trying to sell the vacant property for a couple of years. So I decided to give Linda the listing. Note, Eloise is not the best of locations. So I put her to the test by asking for 25M more than than I had been trying to sell. What a pleasant to surprise that she found a buyer. I’d not think of having another realtor.
