Efficient and thorough
This is my 5th rental property purchase with Laurie and as with the previous four, she was prompt, thorough and saved me money at closing.

Linda has been my realtor since 2015.
Linda had only been finding me tenants for my rental properties. At first She referred me to another realtor. But somehow I convinced her to help me. We have developed a good working relationship. I had been trying to sell the vacant property for a couple of years. So I decided to give Linda the listing. Note, Eloise is not the best of locations. So I put her to the test by asking for 25M more than than I had been trying to sell. What a pleasant to surprise that she found a buyer. I’d not think of having another realtor. She is dedicated, persistent, knowledgeable and very professional.

David Small was chosen because of his expertise in Lake Front properties. He did an outstanding job of setting the listing price and giving us ideas on how to set up our home for sale. He was very aggressive, in a pleasant and professional way and sold our home in about 40 days. Absolutely first rate experience
Daniela had great patience with us. We were looking for the right house snd she took the time to show us many homes over an extended time. What a great experience!
Harold and his team did an excellent job in selling my parents property in Poinciana. We had multiple offers over asking price and sold the day after he listed.
