Stephanie showed us a number of homes in western Pasco county, Florida, all on the water as we requested. Our full price offer on the Flotilla Drive Property was not initially accepted (another one was) and we were bummed out! However, after a few weeks the offer from the other potential buyer did not work out. Stephanie contacted us and said the home was again available, and the seller's would like to accept our offer. So, we moved forward and purchased the Flotilla Drive property! Kudos to Stephanie for thinking of us and to reaching out and assist in buying this home!
