She took total control of this sale for this out-of-state owner who had an early terminating tenant and an out-of-state homebuilding project leave him in a cash-flow situation. She dealt fully with the tenant, readying for the listing-to-be and obtaining tenant releases so that title was clear. Took 5 weeks from the tenant vacating to the closing with an all-cash purchaser who paid full value and accepted premises 'as-is.' She even arranged the handyman who charged 1/6 what the buyer was asking for as a markdown. I am very grateful and lucky to have had Stephanie as my realtor!
