Tom make the cut. After firing several agents over the the past few years I didn’t need to go that route with Tom. Why? Simple. He was willing to show me tons of houses and didn’t give up on me. He responded to my e mails and texts pretty quickly. He was not arrogant or out of touch. He got the job done and remained patient and understanding to my wants and needs. Jennie his partner was also very warm and professional.

Always available when we had questions and his negotiating skills are excellent! We went every weekend to look at houses and he made sure to make time for us. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

Devin and Brittany were amazing to work with! We had a tough sale of our home and Devin helped keep me positive and promised that the money lost on the sale would be regained on our next purchase. Devin and Brittany worked tirelessly to find us our dream home, and boy did they deliver. I sent some homes I found online and Devin took me to see them but always made sure to give me his expert opinion on the pros and cons of each home. It’s invaluable to have someone with the knowledge he has in this industry. Devin looked at each property we visited as if it were his own investment and together we found “the one.” With Devin’s negotiation skills we were not only able to get the house for under asking price but we also avoided a bidding war (which would have lost us the house). Devin held true to his promise and got me every dollar back that was lost on the sale of our previous home. I truly can’t praise Devin enough! We found our forever home so now I will send every person looking to buy or sell directly to Devin so he can help guide them the same way he did for me. Deedra was very easy to work with and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish during our house hunting process. She understood what we were looking for immediately and got us appropriate house viewings. Deedra was available around the clock for viewings during unsociable hours and never let up in the search for our perfect home. During the closing process Deedra was efficient and extremely responsive - communicating with us quickly, despite us being out the country. She made a potentially stressful process very easy to complete. I can not recommended her highly enough.

My husband and I worked with Deedra to help us find a house and the experience could not have been better. She spent time showing us houses we favorited on Zillow, but we ended up buying a home that she found for us that ended up suiting our needs perfectly! She was quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure our closing process went smoothly. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially military families like us who are moving across the country. :)

We just used Deedra to buy our first home. She was more than accommodating with us through the process. We began looking on and off more than a year prior and she stuck with us through all of it.
