Simply outstanding effort and execution
My move had additional complications over some because I relocated 1800 miles from the home I was selling prior to even listing the house for sale. Lisa didn't simply treat me well. Instead, she acted as though she were selling her own house. She maintained schedules of important dates - and kept me on track - , put me in touch with multiple contractors, and ensured the contractors' work was done satisfactorily (and in one case followed up when it wasn't satisfactory). She even staged the primary bath to look better than when I lived there (when she virtually showed me the pictures, I remember her saying, "yeah, isn't it cute?). There were also instances where she had to follow up several times with the buyers' agents to ensure everything remained on track. As it was, my settlement was delayed 3 days. If not for Lisa's persistence, I don't think settlement would have gone through with those buyers, which would have blocked the purchase of my new home. She could not have done anything better; simply outstanding effort and execution.
