This is actually the second time we have used Mary and she will always be our go to. The sale of our house happened so fast and so smooth. From day one, she made recommendations to us to help with the sale of our house which we did everything she asked and it made a huge difference. Our house was under contract within a couple weeks. Finding our new house was quite the ordeal but Mary was there every step of the way. We must have seen at least 50 houses with her. We all know how rough the market is right now especially after bidding on several houses and losing but she helped us to find our dream home which we were meant to be in. There are thousands of realtors out there but there is only one Mary. Take this advice form a total stranger on the internet, if you want to have a great experience in selling and or purchasing a home, Mary is who you want to work with.

At first, I had doubts about asking for pre-approval but when I reached out to Miko, he gave me the confidence to go with the process, and once I was approved, everything went so smoothly. He guided me step by step throughout the whole process and when everything was ready on the closing day, that’s where the challenge started because the seller’s side was having trouble providing the certificate of occupancy. Miko assured us that everything would be ok and he even stepped up to help the seller’s agent to make sure that everything was in order. I was amazed at how knowledgeable he was with the realtor business and how responsive he was to all my questions. Knowing him personally, I know he will excel in this career and I would like to thank him for reaching my dream of becoming a homeowner.

Deedra had been our realtor for quite a few years. She helped us purchase our first home, rent it out to two different tenants, and also sell our home. When everyone drops the ball, takes their time, and process paperwork incorrectly, you can count on Deedra to be on top of her job and everyone else’s. My recent sale was a disaster due to a lawyer dragging her feet on simple paperwork and a different agent not understanding simple communication tasks and basic sell/buy requirements. The only reason things were smoothed out was because of Deedra’s drive, knowledge, and tenacity. She’s a wonderful person and so very kind but also knows how to be a shark when she needs to be. I wouldn’t ever go with anyone else in the state of New Jersey. If you want things handled and your peace of mind, don’t look anywhere else because you’ll be selling yourself short. 5 stars is the minimum that she could get from me. Highly recommend!

This is my first home. I explained that to Deedra and ask her for help navigating through this process. Deedra was wonderful!!! She help me with everything I needed, guided me through step by step to insure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. If I wanted to see a home in the evening she was available. Weekends, weekdays she made me feel as if I was a priority. I don't know if this is the standard but even if it is I'm pretty sure that this type of "family" treatment isn't given to everyone ! I sincerely am grateful for Deedra and her work on helping me find my new home! Deedra is a wonderful, kind, understanding, sympathetic, and patient woman/agent. Deedra was very easy to work with and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish during our house hunting process. She understood what we were looking for immediately and got us appropriate house viewings. Deedra was available around the clock for viewings during unsociable hours and never let up in the search for our perfect home. During the closing process Deedra was efficient and extremely responsive - communicating with us quickly, despite us being out the country.
