Chad is an excellent person and realtor. He listens, and pays attention to what you are seeking and does everything he can to make the process comfortable. He is very knowledgeable while not hesitating to research what he doesn’t know, to make sure he is giving his client correct information. He is patient. He worked with me off and on over a year while I fluctuated on my need to purchase asap or wait a bit. All the while, he was there for me and responded appropriately with wherever my level of urgency was at the moment. With his patience and diligence, we found my house and he went out of his way to assist me in making this decision from 3000 miles away. I highly recommend him. You will not find a nicer, more accommodating realtor.

This is actually the second time we have used Mary and she will always be our go to. The sale of our house happened so fast and so smooth. From day one, she made recommendations to us to help with the sale of our house which we did everything she asked and it made a huge difference. Our house was under contract within a couple weeks. Finding our new house was quite the ordeal but Mary was there every step of the way. We must have seen at least 50 houses with her. We all know how rough the market is right now especially after bidding on several houses and losing but she helped us to find our dream home which we were meant to be in. There are thousands of realtors out there but there is only one Mary. Take this advice form a total stranger on the internet, if you want to have a great experience in selling and or purchasing a home, Mary is who you want to work with.

Ann was so amazing to work with from start to finish. She helped me with both the sale of my home and the purchase of a new home… Sometimes very tricky to coordinate. The way that she marketed the home that I was selling was done so beautifully that the house was under contract within five business days. She was extremely attentive to my wishes and needs in looking for my new home, and gave me such a great selection of homes to look at. When submitting offers, she was realistic, transparent, and so good at guiding me as to where I needed to be in terms of putting together a great package for offering. The process for both buying and selling was the smoothest I’ve ever encountered…and I have purchased a few homes in my lifetime. Could not recommend her more. She’s a great mix of knowing exactly what to do from the business end and also being super personable and understanding the emotional part of the transaction.
