We just used Deedra to buy our first home. She was more than accommodating with us through the process. We began looking on and off more than a year prior and she stuck with us through all of it. My husband and were 1st time homebuyers who were moving to NJ from Texas, so we didn't know the first thing about buying a house or the area. Deedra was so patient as we asked a million questions, not all of them intelligent, and we were able to trust her with honest and real answers, especially when asking about areas and neighborhoods to live in. She was completely reassuring to us and happy to figuratively hold our hands when we were stressing out about the home buying process. Deedra was very low pressure, so when we got cold feet about the house we were about to go under contract for, she hit the pause button for us and was happy to start house hunting all over again until we were positive we loved a house and wanted to make it our home. Deedra always had a smile on her face and was a pleasure to be around! Even up to a month after we closed on our house, Deedra was still in touch to help with questions we had. We, 100% of the time, felt Deedra was always at bat for us, looking out for our best interests and taking care of issues before they were problems or something we thought of. Deedra is amazing. She was do helpful through the whole process. We were first time buyers and buying from our of state. She knew what the VA would go for and what they woukdnt. I couldn't have bought a house without her. She is also so easy to get along with. I have already recommended her to several people and I will keep doing so.

Amazing is the word that comes to mind when I recommend Deedra. She's patient, always available to answer questions or address concerns, has your best interest as her priority. She helped my husband and I buy our first home and even though the sellers weren't the easiest to deal with she made the process as smooth as possible and all parties were happy. We used her again in order to rent our home out and in a little over a month we got tenants and we are now able to breathe easy having this off our plate. If you want to work with someone who has good vibes, great personality and will make you feel like your needs and wants are met when finding a home then Deedra is the realtor to choose.
