Deedra had been our realtor for quite a few years. She helped us purchase our first home, rent it out to two different tenants, and also sell our home. When everyone drops the ball, takes their time, and process paperwork incorrectly, you can count on Deedra to be on top of her job and everyone else’s. My recent sale was a disaster due to a lawyer dragging her feet on simple paperwork and a different agent not understanding simple communication tasks and basic sell/buy requirements. The only reason things were smoothed out was because of Deedra’s drive, knowledge, and tenacity. She’s a wonderful person and so very kind but also knows how to be a shark when she needs to be. I wouldn’t ever go with anyone else in the state of New Jersey. If you want things handled and your peace of mind, don’t look anywhere else because you’ll be selling yourself short. 5 stars is the minimum that she could get from me. Highly recommend!

I've met and worked with many real estate agents in NJ, and Deedra is truly exceptional. In addition to being knowledgable, she is kind, attentive, helpful, thoughtful, and also will go the extra mile for her clients to ensure a smooth transaction. In my case, Deedra even helped to make sure I was in good shape for the town CO - including AFTER my closing! Deedra is a well-rounded, knowledgeable, organized and passionate realtor. She listens to what her client's needs are, allows for change and questions without strive or judgement. She is always on time, dressed appropriately with one of the best personalities I have come across. She's assertive, polite, down to earth and most importantly honest. The only downside to her is, there is only one!

This is my first home. I explained that to Deedra and ask her for help navigating through this process. Deedra was wonderful!!! She help me with everything I needed, guided me through step by step to insure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. If I wanted to see a home in the evening she was available. Weekends, weekdays she made me feel as if I was a priority. I don't know if this is the standard but even if it is I'm pretty sure that this type of "family" treatment isn't given to everyone ! I sincerely am grateful for Deedra and her work on helping me find my new home! Deedra is a wonderful, kind, understanding, sympathetic, and patient woman/agent. Deedra was very easy to work with and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish during our house hunting process. She understood what we were looking for immediately and got us appropriate house viewings. Deedra was available around the clock for viewings during unsociable hours and never let up in the search for our perfect home. During the closing process Deedra was efficient and extremely responsive - communicating with us quickly, despite us being out the country. She made a potentially stressful process very easy to complete. I can not recommended her highly enough.
