Now that I'm settled in my new place and have a free evening again, I'd like to give a shout out to Pat Pomeranz. I looked around before deciding on a realtor, and I chose her for her experience, her detailed answers to the questions I asked, and the fact that I'd used Keller Williams before when buying. *I could not have made a better choice.* - Pat swooped in and educated me on the selling process while still making me feel like an equal party in it. Professional, warm, confident, friendly. - She was within reach and responded to both texts and calls promptly. - There are always obstacles in house sales, and she was patient with all of mine, but bet you've never had your kind and pristine realtor come into your home Sunday morning with a power drill and the will to fight fate itself, tell you not to worry about anything, and leave you with a newly installed fire extinguisher AND a fixed sliding door that a contractor told you he couldn't do anything about as a bonus. Since she was there and with a drill anyway. - I had very specific time and buyer needs. She handled them with ease. - She worked around my busy work schedule and arranged all of the rapidly multiplying Mt Laurel inspections and certifications so that we were in compliance. All the legal work was handled so that I just had to verify and sign. - She did all this while teaching classes and managing other real estate business. Absolutely no issue. I would recommend Pat to anyone. 10/10, would sell my home through her again.

At the end of 2020, in the midst of Covid, my husband and I decided to sell our home. With the amazing help and hard work and lots of coordination, Pat Pomerantz from KW Reality made it all happen. We were extremely pleased with her professionalism and dedication and would (and do) recommend her to our family and friends.
