Lisa Herman, our real estate was fantastic in listing, showing, explaining the contract process, and making the closing of our South Jersey home easy. After interviewing several agents, we decided to use the services offered by Lisa Herman at Weichert Realty. As part of her services, Ms. Herman: • provided guidance in preparing our home for listing • suggested simple modifications and stagging of rooms that were inexpensive and easy to do • recommended inspection of our septic system prior to listing and subsequently modest upgrade. This enabled us to be one of the very few to pass County inspection. • Adjusted our listing to reflect 900 square feet of finished space, not included in appraisal documents • Aggressively followed up all expressions of interest in our property. Above and beyond the normal duties of a real estate agent, she: • posted a quality sign and internet pictures of our well landscaped property in advance of listing to attract early interest • Arranged for top-quality pictures to be taken and posted, maximizing the appearance of our house and property • Arranged for individuals to help remove unwanted items and personally delivered a tax bill, to ensure posting prior to the closing • Held three open-houses and offered to attend showings by other real estate agents. Ms. Herman was present at most showings and assured that all the unique features of the house were promoted. Over the three weeks before we went to contract, we had six interested parties and four offers. We sold our house at our asking price, which we felt was a fair price. Ms. Herman sold the house as if it were her own and we would highly recommend her as a real estate agent.

I would say that Lisa has a refreshing old school style. She is personally involved and makes it seem like the experience is as important to her as it is to me. Every other seem to have expected me to do work , but still pay for full representation. Lisa was completely involved from beginning to end and beyond. The bar has been set incredibly high now.
