I couldn’t be happier with the home Nick found me. I don’t believe I would have had this home if Nick was not my realtor, he made all the difference. I was worried about being a buyer in todays market because of the low inventory and high home prices. I told Nick what our budget was and he identified a property that was soon to hit market. We were able to make a cash offer that was accepted, avoiding a bidding war. Nick’s negotiation skills are what really sealed the deal. Carol has sold two homes for me in the last 4 years and I have referred her to several other Riverbend homeowners and she sold their homes,too. For both of my sales I was out of state during the listing period. Carol brought in staging and live plants for the first sale-all done by her. Both sales she kept the indoor and outdoor flowers watered and looking fresh. In SC this is an every other day job. The driveways were blown before every showing, lights on and off every time, and stayed in my home for all showings. This summer during record rainfall she assisted in some water drainage issues. She was out in the rain watching the runoff and then showed the landscaper where to dig a trench. When my movers came she supervised the move and fed them lunch. Before the new owners moved in, she came with a cleaning crew. I'm sure the new owners had a house warming gift. Besides all these wonderful care taking abilities, Carol did a marvelous job with advertising. There were local magazine spots, 3D virtual tour, beautiful brochure for the buyers, and internet listings in every possible venue. Then when she had a buyer, she did a awesome job with negotiations.
