I couldn’t be happier with the home Nick found me. I don’t believe I would have had this home if Nick was not my realtor, he made all the difference. I was worried about being a buyer in todays market because of the low inventory and high home prices. I told Nick what our budget was and he identified a property that was soon to hit market. We were able to make a cash offer that was accepted, avoiding a bidding war. Nick’s negotiation skills are what really sealed the deal. The sellers agent was looking to take the property to market and run up the price on the property; Nick did not let that happen. I wound up with a home that is 5 years old, basically new construction, in Savannah within my budget. I didn’t think that would be possible in todays market. I’m glad I went with Nick.

She very knowledgeable about the Sun City real estate market. Even though we were living 1,000 miles away we trusted that Carol had our best interests in coordinating the purchase of our new home. She pays attention to details, returns phone calls, coordinated inspections, met with repair men and performed a video walkthrough while we were living in another state. Carol has sold two homes for me in the last 4 years and I have referred her to several other Riverbend homeowners and she sold their homes,too. For both of my sales I was out of state during the listing period. Carol brought in staging and live plants for the first sale-all done by her. Both sales she kept the indoor and outdoor flowers watered and looking fresh. In SC this is an every other day job. The driveways were blown before every showing, lights on and off every time, and stayed in my home for all showings. This summer during record rainfall she assisted in some water drainage issues. She was out in the rain watching the runoff and then showed the landscaper where to dig a trench. When my movers came she supervised the move and fed them lunch. Before the new owners moved in, she came with a cleaning crew. I'm sure the new owners had a house warming gift. Besides all these wonderful care taking abilities, Carol did a marvelous job with advertising. There were local magazine spots, 3D virtual tour, beautiful brochure for the buyers, and internet listings in every possible venue. Then when she had a buyer, she did a awesome job with negotiations. I can not praise Carol more on all her abilities. She is the best Realtor I have ever hired. YOU ARE THE BEST CAROL!

We are not from the area where we were buying, so we relied a lot of finding a realtor based on things we read and research we did on agents, and then ultimately had a phone conversation with a couple and we landed on Dacia because she really seemed to know the market well, was very knowledgeable on what we were trying to do, was extremely relatable, very friendly, and we felt we were in good hands. We met with one or two agents who wanted us to replace lighting fixtures as well as other somewhat major improvements to the townhouse after we spent two years fixing it up. We felt they were imposing their individual tastes on what would make it sell better. Dacia took a look at it and said everything looked great as it was. We thought so too so Dacia was the one for us! When we sold our townhouse in Stones Throw the market had moved nicely the previous 12 months but we weren't sure what the top asking price could be. Dacia pulled all of the comps and then we had some long discussions. Dacia provided us market trends and HH insights but left the "deciding" up to us. We set a price, but then, at the very last minute before it listed, added $10K. Dacia made the update and then the first tour made an offer at full price. We still weren't sure if we could get more and didn't immediately accept the offer, waiting the full available response time to see what other buyers might offer. That ended up being the best one and we closed without a hiccup. But it was stressful at the time. Dacia was calm and kept us calm with her confidence. Inspection items were quickly responded to and resolved. It went seamlessly and everything from staging, photos, the listing, and all the way through the closing was perfect.
