I talked to a few real estate agents, which promised me good a selling price, but Nick was the only agent that was confident I could get WAY more than what I initially thought! Mr. Oliver helped us secure the home of our dreams in the Ardsley Park/Chatham Crescent community. I had previously used Nick to sell a home and he was my go-to-guy when it came time to buying my next home. I respected Nick's energy and motivation and wanted to use a realtor that I knew would work for me. My girlfriend and I looked at numerous homes with Nick, and he patiently waited as we culled through various properties and were able to better define exactly what we were looking for in our next home. Nick's energy, positivity, and willingness to basically do anything we asked of him (within reason) was refreshing. Nick also helped us navigate through a very difficult, and at times absurd seller. During the buying process, Nick provided solutions and helped us overcome various obstacles with appraisals, inspections reports, etc. that ultimately come along with purchasing a 1920s property. Nick provided us with multiple showings of the same property (with family, etc.), until we felt comfortable locking in the deal. Nick was also at all appraisals, inspections and random calls as we were going through the closing process. Nick was available 24/7, and would drop everything to help satisfy our requests.
