I sold a house faster and for more than expected, then I bought an incredibly awesome, *income-producing* house for a great price. Nick made things happen and the entire experience was top notch. He priced the house I was selling well, presented it well, and got buyers in to have a look. He did a great job identifying the best next-house for me and took care of all of the legwork involved- and there was a lot to be done because this was new construction in one of the hottest parts of Savannah. HANDS DOWN THE BEST SELLING EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!! My fiancé and I wanted to sell the house in the Savannah as we were living in Athens. I had Known Nick was now a real estate agent. Brad McNeely her associate reached out to me after visiting there website, Brad is a true professional as well as the rest of the team . My wife and I had not purchased a home in over 18 years and was at times over whelmed by some of the issues that a came up during the process. Brad was on top of them before we knew it.
