We have absolutely loved working with Kristy at the Spear Realty Group. We worked with her to purchase our very first home in 2019 and we recently worked with her again to sell that home for us in 2023. We stayed in touch over the years, she invited us to their annual events, sent mailers, etc. She was always professional, knowledgeable and kind. When I say Kristy is willing to drive anywhere - I MEAN ANYWHERE. We were looking 1-2 hours outside Loudoun for over a year and she never hesitated to make appointments happen no matter where they were located. We never felt like a burden to her. She was so patient with us (and our toddlers) during the entire process of working with her, explaining each step and always willing to share resources. She responds to questions very quickly which was super helpful as well on time-sensitive issues. We highly recommend her for all realty needs!
