Lara took us under her wing and made herself available to answer absolutely every question we could come up with. She referred lenders, title companies, inspectors, and even home repair companies for post-sale remodeling. Throughout the entire home-buying process, my husband and I kept saying we felt like we were Lara’s only clients. She ALWAYS had time for us … even when she was traveling out of state! She learned our preferences, pointed out critical details on property tours, and made sure we felt comfortable and knowledgeable every step of the way. We told Lara we hope she stays in the business for another 50 years so she can help our future kids buy houses, too! If we could give more than 5 stars, it would be a no-brainer. You will not regret working with Spear Realty, Kim, Lara, or anyone on their team! Thank you Lara!!!

I came from a horrible experience with a previous agent whom I had to fire. Pamela literally came to my rescue and saved the day. Her knowledge and experience is exceptional. Her outgoing yet personal demeanor was extremely comforting and reassuring. There were many times that she literally had to hold my hand and comfort me throughout this tricky situation of selling one house in Virginia and closing on ONE in NC and closing on the next day. Without Pam this wouldn't have happened and it was done so effortlessly. I know this sounds a bit cliche but I felt as though she was my saving grace and that makes me feel very happy. I couldn't recommend Pam Nonemaker enough and I highly recommend her for anyone who is in need of a fabulous Real estate company.
