I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about Kristen and Stacey. These two ladies have helped our family find the perfect home for our multi-generation family and put our townhouse for rent during a pandemic in less than 6 months. Through it all they have been professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Kristen was always very selective about the listings she would send us. She knew what we were looking for, what we needed, and what matched our personal style. Her knowledge about the market and ability to communicate the pros and cons of each situation we came across always gave me a level of comfort that helped me not to give up. It always amazed me how quickly they both replied to emails and how quickly Stacey would be able to show us a listing if Kristen couldn’t. There was constant communication, explanation, and opportunities for us to ask questions every step of the way. They were so patient and can’t recommend this team enough, we are forever grateful for their skills and genuine support.

Kristen is the best agent I have ever worked with before, hands down. Her availability at all times, knowledge of the industry, professionalism, etc. were all stand-out, but more than anything, she cares. I felt as if we were on the same team, and not only did she support us through every step of the process, she made sure we were comfortable and happy with what was going on. Very responsive & hard working! Tanya gives straight forward and easy to follow advice. She makes the process and recommended prep work simple and quick to follow. I’m impressed with her experience and recommendations having pulled 3 offers in the first weekend. Having sold/purchased homes before there is always a bit of guess work and negotiation, but Tanya provided good advice and understanding throughout the process. We were originally planning to list before the pandemic hit and ended up selling right in the middle, so you can imagine this was a big component as we all navigate a very different world. Being first-time home buyers, there is so much running through your head. Questions that seem to be the smallest thing to the most complicated; you’re forced to find answers.
