We found Jeri on one of those agent referral websites - rate my agent. We weren’t sure how that would work out, but she turned out to be fantastic. We were selling a small cottage and Jeri worked very hard for us. We were so pleased that we also asked her to list our main house. She got us a full price offer in only about ten days. She is responsive, available all times of the day and night (not sure when she sleeps), worked collaboratively with us, and...perhaps most important...walked me back from the precipice a few times. I knew my father needed to relocate out of town and be with his children/grands after my mother passed away. My first thought was to find the top 3 realtors in Savannah Georgia and pick one. I called and explained the situation and that my father was a bit older in age, and the real estate firm specifically and stragically placed me with Karyn Thomas. After the introduction, I was certainly impressed. Karyn made life so easy for this transition for our family. She handled everything with 5 star class and even sold my fathers home in a month in a half. The closing was on December 28, 2018. Just in time for the new year! Just a side note: I never personally met Karyn, we kept communication via phone, text and email. You can do business with people you’ve never met before. She made this process so seamless we couldn’t had ask for a better experience. We’re so thankful and if we had to do it again just because it’s Karyn, we would! Pointed out things that could be improved and even went as far as cleaning my house on her own. Karyn Thomas has been extremely professional and did an outstanding job at every turn to get my family into our first home. She was able to show us over a dozen homes within a day and made us feel as if we were here only client. She made sure to show us the homes that we wanted to see and also searched for homes that fit our requirements. Karyn has many great attributes which include courteous, kind, patient, and thoughtful to name a few. We brought our 4 year old son with us and Karyn made sure to ask if we needed to take breaks so that he would be ok and she brought him a few snacks to make sure he was comfortable. She quickly responded to all forms of communication and always kept us up to date on every aspect of the house and the purchasing process. Karyn was extremely knowledgeable about local lenders, home insurance companies, landscapers, etc. She helped even after we moved into the house to guide us in setting up our utilities and getting settled into the area. I 125% recommended Karyn Thomas to any and all people relocated to the area. She is a great realtor, military friendly, and now a friend of the family.
