Amazing in an understatement when it comes to Karyn! Karyn Thomas was very knowledgeable of the real estate market in the area of my home. She was able to formulate a strategy up from of how she would sale my home. This process made sense and I was drawn in and I bought in that process. I believed in her and I trusted in the process in which she had briefed me on. Karyn was very professional and she listen to any and all of my concerns and we would work through any issues or problems. Although the selling market is very difficult at this time her negotiating skills were great, she always over came any negative reason why the buyer should purchase my home and what the benefit was to the buyer. Karyn took her time with me, she didn't rush me but she explained every process to me. When it came to pricing my home she made sure I understood the importance of pricing my home properly and the benefits of doing so. Karyn would invested in the sale of my home by contributing to certain aspects of the marketing and closing process of my home. As a first time home owner i can honestly say i got lucky and got the best around. Karyn was very helpful and reassuring throughout the entire process.
