Karyn was exceptional, she made time to meet me during a very limited window while I was in town, she arranged showings of nearly a dozen houses, including a few we asked about the night before. She was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. When we made an offer she offered sound advice, that bore the fruits of a quickly accepted offer. As I was out of town Karyn made recommendations for loan providers and attorneys and my wife and I were thrilled with the experience. She ensured repairs were completed and filmed a walk through to show me the current state before closing. Karyn was at the closing even though I was not, she again went above and beyond by assisting with setting up utilities. Karyn was friendly throughout and I can not recommend her highly enough.

Karyn Thomas has been an intricate part in the process of buying my first home from start to finish and continues to help out my family even after closing on our home. She has literally become part of the family and has gained my business for a life time. From the start Karyn has been courteous, kind, patient, professional, quick to respond and very knowledgeable on various aspects of the realty process. I am a very pushy person and impatient, but with her I never had to wait, she always responded back with emails, phone calls, pictures, floor plans, landscaping pics and whatever else my crazy mind stirred up. She always showed up and was always on time. Even though she had numerous other clients she always made me feel I was the only one and that made the experience very special. I will definitely tell all that I know about Karyn Thomas and she will definitely handle all of my purchases in the future. She is not only my realtor but I now consider her a friend of the family whom is always welcome at my home! First off if I could give Karyn 10 stars I would. Karyn was absolutely AMAZING to work with. She is very professionally and really knows the real estate business. We drove down one weekend to look at houses and she spent her entire day showing us houses. She kept us update on the building process of our home on a weekly bases, which I was truly greatful for since we were 10 hrs away. Karyn was truly a blessing!

Karyn is an outstanding Realtor. She was extremely patient, professional and thorough. She is not pushy like some Realtors. Karyn strives to make sure her clients are satisfied and at ease with the home buying process. We will buy and sell with Karyn as long as we live in Georgia. My husband and I were looking for a retirement home and had explored online before we went to visit. We had also been to Savannah a few times for vacation and chose Savannah over cities in Florida because we wanted more seasonal weather without the winter ice and snow. I intentionally sought out a woman realtor and found Karyn Thomas online. After some research of her online reviews I contacted her. She responded immediately and I could tell instantly that she would work well with us. She was warm, genuine and humble in her initial conversation. She asked some questions by e-mail initially to get a sense of what we were looking for and then sent us a long list of options that fit our request and price range. When we met her in person she greeted us with a welcoming smile and was very accommodating to our schedule. The other thing that I appreciated is that she was not a pushy salesperson and when we voiced our opinion of things in the houses that we did not like, she asked for more clarity so that she could share with the sellers, indicating that our feedback is helpful for other realtors to show their houses better. That was nice to see how she works as a team player. She never negated anything negative that we pointed out but rather took notes so she could understand our specific tastes better. We had very specific needs and we also did not agree on everything as a couple. We ended up choosing a condo, totally against our initial desire but the location she selected was excellent and the amenities were perfect for the price. She suggested that we look at it, knowing that we were not interested, but knowing the features that it provided. She was right and we are very pleased with our choice and our new place in Savannah! I would highly recommend Karyn and I am very happy that she was our realtor!!!

If she saw where there was going to be any hurdles along the way, we were informed. She kept us up on want going on in the market. My family and I really enjoy having Mrs. Karyn Thomas as our rental agent. She is very professional and knowledgeable. if you any questions or concerns she will answer them or get back with you and a timely manner. Karyn was very, very helpful
Karyn was very, very helpful. She felt like part of the family. She went above and beyond to make sure we were getting everything we wanted in our first home. The countless calls and texts no matter what time of day, she responded to us. Every question my wife and I had, she answered. If she didn't have the answer right then, she would get back to us at her earliest and quickest convenience. My family is very grateful to her for making a tough experience simpler, and now we have a beautiful home to raise our daughters in.
